美华幼儿园家长工作坊

10月23日下午2:30美华幼儿园在学校图书馆召开了第一次家长工作坊,通过《握拳》活动,让氛围变得轻松与舒适。在主讲老师带导下通过头脑风暴的方法,完成了两列清单--“育儿导航仪“让家长们发现了在养育宝宝的这条道路上大家遇到的问题大致相同,和对孩子的期待的品格和技能几乎一样。让大家有了共同语言和共同的目标。
At 2:30 p.m. on October 23, Meihua kindergarten held the first parent workshop in the school library. Through the activity of clenching, the atmosphere became relaxing and comfortable. Under the guidance of the lecturer, through brainstorming, we completed two lists -- "parenting navigator", which allows parents to find that the problems came across in the way of raising their babies are roughly the same, and the character and skills they expect from their children are almost the same. We shared some common thoughts and a common goal in this part.


在鼓励与表扬的体验式活动中,让家长和主讲老师一起分享了在养育孩子的过程中遇到的挑战和行为背后的目的的深刻意义,以及如何与孩子形成平等,尊重的沟通。让大家再现了育儿过程中令人抓狂的场景;同时也通过换位思考的方式尝试去理解孩子,了解孩子行为背后的目的,从而如何更好的赢得孩子,而不是赢了孩子。
In the experiential activity of encouragement and praise, parents and the lecturer shared the profound significance of the purpose behind the challenges and behaviors encountered in the process of raising children, and how to form equal and respectful communication with children. Let's reproduce the maddening scene in the process of parenting; at the same time, we try to understand the children and understand the purpose behind the children's behavior through transposition thinking, so as to better win the children, not win over the children.




有这样一句话:“你想让孩子成为什么样的人,首先,你自己要成为什么样的人”。在每个孩子的成长过程中,父母是孩子们的第一任老师,他在影响着孩子。同样,随着孩子一天天的长大,孩子要离开家庭,走进他们的第一个“小社会”幼儿园。在工作坊中,在PYP 协调员分享下,让家长们知道IB Learner Profile分别是:探究者,思考者,交流者,敢于冒险的人,知识渊博的人,有原则性的人,富有同情心的人,心胸宽广的人,全面发展的人,善于反思的人。通过小组合作的形式让家长可以更清楚的知道与了解,在家可以如何更好的引导孩子,让孩子可以找到属于自己的归属感和价值感,从而实现十大学习者培养目标。当孩子感觉好的时候,他才能做的更好。一个行为不当的孩子,是一个失去信心的孩子。
There is a saying: "if you want your child to be a kind of person, you should become this kind first". As your child’s first teacher, every child is influenced by his or her parents. Similarly, as children grow up day by day, children will leave their families and enter their first "small society" kindergarten. In the workshop, with the PYP coordinator's sharing, let parents know the top ten objectives of IB learner profile: explorers, thinkers, communicators, adventurers, knowledgeable people, principled people, compassionate people, broad-minded people, all-round development people and reflective people. Through the form of group cooperation, parents can understand more clearly how to guide their children better at home, so that children can find their own sense of belonging and value, so as to achieve learner profile. When a child feels better, he/she then can do better. A child who misbehaves is a child who loses confidence.


“三人行,必有吾师”希望在接下来的家长工作坊中,美华幼儿园可以和家长一起分享,一起交流,一起学习更多的养育知识,携手培养具有民族自信,勇于创新,敢于担当的未来世界杰出公民。
