东北师范大学学前教育专业本科，IB PYP coordinate IB PYP Category 1 and 2 and 3 certification，安徽省教育厅认证园长（高级）、国家二级教师、高级育婴师。作为哈佛大学Project Zero项目参与者，拥有十余年一线教学、师训及课程研发经验，多次受邀出席IB亚太地区及中国区年会及区域教学研讨。近十年深耕K15国际幼儿园，从IB PYP包班教学到运营管理，历任PYP协调员、教学园长，积累了丰富的实战经验。深谙中西文化差异，擅长融合课程体系搭建，致力于打破种族、肤色与国籍的界限，为学习社区内每一位受教育者提供卓越的教育服务。

Elisa holds a bachelor's degree in Preschool Education from Northeast Normal University. She is an IB PYP Coordinator certified in IB PYP Categories 1, 2 & 3, holds a Senior Principal qualification from the Anhui Provincial Department of Education, and is a Senior Infant Nurse and National Second-Class Teacher. She participated in Harvard University's Project Zero. With over ten years of frontline teaching, teacher training, and curriculum development experience, she has been invited to IB Asia-Pacific and China annual conferences. She has nearly ten years of experience in K15 international kindergartens as a PYP homeroom teacher and in operations management, serving as PYP Coordinator and Teaching Principal. She has deep insights into Chinese and Western cultural differences and excels at building integrated curricula in international kindergartens.

Richard McGreal, ESL Co-ordinator

英国利兹大学学士学位。先后在欧洲和亚洲从事教学工作，13年前来到中国。持有剑桥TKT Young Learners、TKT模块1、2证书，拥有全学段英语教学经验。曾任北京MIK国际幼儿园主班教师、EF学术主管，2015年荣获年度教师称号，2019年带队斩获教学辩论赛优胜奖。现任美华幼儿园国际团队主管，持有IB PYP三类证书。

Richard graduated with a BA (Hons) from the University of Leeds. He arrived in China 13 years ago after teaching in Europe and Asia, and has continued to develop his skills and qualifications, completing Cambridge TKT Young Learners, TKT Module 1 & 2 (Band 4). During this time, he has been fortunate enough to teach all age groups and have vast experience of teaching different levels of English speakers. His previous roles has included International Homeroom Teacher (Beijing MIK) and Director of Studies (EF), he won Teacher of the Year 2015, and led a group of teachers to win a Teaching Debating Event in 2019. He has also successfully completed teacher leader courses. He has now been here at Xinhua Academy for over 6 years. His current role is the International Team Leader within our Kindergarten. Students within Meihua Kindergarten follow the IB Program (PYP) in which he has completed Category 1,2 & 3.

Judy earned her bachelor's degree in Preschool Education from Anqing Normal University. She holds IB PYP Categories 1, 2 & 3 certifications, a Senior Principal qualification from the Anhui Provincial Department of Education, and is a National Second-Class Teacher and Senior Infant Nurse. She has been invited to IB Asia-Pacific and China annual conferences multiple times. With eight years of experience managing IB PYP curricula in K15 international kindergartens, she has led several educational system optimization projects..

安徽师范大学学前教育专业本科，IB PYP Category 1 and 2 and 3 certification，国家二级教师。近十年国际教育一线经验，深耕IB PYP教学，主导跨学科探究课程的设计、研发与创新实践。擅于将教育理论转化为富有启发性与前瞻性的课堂活动。曾荣获合肥市蜀山区“教坛新星”、“优秀教师”称号。

Nancy holds a bachelor's degree in Preschool Education from Anhui Normal University. She is certified in IB PYP Categories 1, 2 & 3 and is a National Second-Class Teacher. With nearly ten years of frontline international teaching experience, she focuses on designing and innovating IB PYP transdisciplinary inquiry-based curricula. She has been honored as "Rising Star of Teaching" and "Excellent Teacher" in Shushan District, Hefei.

合肥师范学院学前教育本科，IB PYP Category 1 and 2 certification，国家二级教师，持有安徽舞蹈家协会少儿芭蕾教师资质、蒙台梭利注册教师资格证。深耕国际化课程教研与班级管理十余年，课堂教学屡获殊荣，多次获评庐阳区中小学教师课堂评比特等奖、一等奖。2023年荣获合肥市蜀山区“优秀教师”称号，同年创建个人命名校级工作室——杨婷婷美术工作室。所指导的幼儿作品在各级各类比赛中屡获奖项，并多次入选美术展展出。

She holds IB PYP Categories 1 & 2 certifications, is a National Second-Class Teacher, and has certifications in Children's Ballet from Anhui Dancers Association and Montessori teaching. With over ten years of experience in international curriculum teaching and classroom management, she has won multiple first prizes in classroom evaluations in Luyang District and was named "Excellent Teacher" in Shushan District in 2023. That same year, she founded the "Gemini Yang Art Studio," and her students' works have won awards and been exhibited frequently.
