The importance of setting up the Parent School Organization(PSO)
1. 有利于疏通家园双方沟通的信息通道：家园双方可以借助家长委员会进行双向的、回应式的沟通交流。家长委员会将会把家长们集中反映的信息及时、真实、全面地反馈给幼儿园，并给出合理有效的建议，经幼儿园园务委员会讨论通过的，幼儿园将采纳并进行整改。
It is beneficial to dredge the information channel of communication between the kindergarten and the home: the two sides can conduct two-ways and responsive communication with the help of the PSO.The PSO will give timely, truthful and comprehensive feedback to the kindergarten and give reasonable and effective suggestions. After the discussion and approval of the kindergarten council, the kindergarten will adopt and carry out rectification.
2. 有利于幼儿园更好地开展家长工作：与家园之间的沟通相比，家长之间的交流更容易为家长所接受，家长委员会能够更深入地了解每个家庭、每个家长的具体情况，从而能够协助幼儿园更细致、更全面地开展家长工作。
It is beneficial for the kindergarten to carry out the work of parents: compared with the communication between home and kindergarten, the communication between parents is easier to be accepted by parents. The PSO can have a deeper understanding of the specific situation of each family and each parent, so as to assist the kindergarten to carry out the work of parents in a more detailed and comprehensive way.
为此，美华幼儿园于2019年9月30日下午15:00在幼儿园会议室召开了2019年第一届家长委员会。经过全方位评选，当选本届家委会成员的家长为：KC1班王潇毅爸爸、KC2班侯佳李妈妈、KC3班陈子煜妈妈、KB1班夏天翊妈妈、KA1班陈一萌妈妈。感谢各位家委会成员对园所工作的支持。
Therefore, Meihua Kindergarten held the first PSO meeting of 2019 at 15:00 PM on September 30, 2019 in the meeting room. After comprehensive selection, the parents elected as members of this PSO are: Wang Xiaoyi's father from KC1 class, Hou Jiali's mother from KC2 class, Chen Ziyu's mother from KC3 class, Xia Tianyi's mother from KB1 class and Chen Yimeng's mother from KA1 class.Thank you for your support.

首先，美华幼儿园园长李霞女士代表园所感谢所有家长及家委会成员对幼儿园工作的理解与支持。
其次，李霞园长郑重介绍了家委会的选举流程、家委会成员的当选要求及工作职责。李霞园长表示，我们成立家委会的目的，是为了家园协作形成教育合力、实现家园教育的一致性;利用幼儿园优势向社区和家长提供教育咨询，共同提高保教质量。作为一名家委会成员，需要愿意为幼儿园、幼儿及家长服务;需要热爱孩子、关心幼儿园工作;同时自身需要有较高的素质和文化修养。
随后，李霞园长对本学期园所工作及重大活动向家委会进行了详细介绍，并真诚地欢迎家长对园所发展建言献策。
The first item of the meeting: principal's speech
First of all, Ms. Li Xia, principal of Meihua Kindergarten, on behalf of the kindergarten, would like to thank all parents and members of the PSO for their understanding and support of the kindergarten.
Secondly, Ms. Li solemnly introduced the election process of the PSO, the election requirements of the members of the PSO and their responsibilities. Ms Li said, the purpose we set up the PSO is to form a collaborative home-kindergarten education force, to achieve the home-kindergarten education consistency; using the advantages of kindergarten to provide education consultation to the community and parents to improve the quality of education care. As a member of the PSO, you need to be willing to work for our kindergarten, children and parents; need to love children, care about kindergarten work; at the same time every member need to have higher qualities.
Subsequently, Ms. Li introduced the work and major activities of the kindergarten to the PSO in detail, and sincerely welcome parents' suggestions on the development of the kindergarten.

The second item of the meeting: award the letter of appointment
Ms. Li solemnly award the letter of appointment to each member of the PSO, parents holding letter of appointment, but also held a heavy weight of trust and responsibility."Trust, understanding, support" is the purpose of the PSO, thank the PSO members with a sense of responsibility, love for the kindergarten to dedicate their time and wisdom.

The five parents who were elected as the first members of the PSO prepared carefully, introduced themselves and shared their parenting experience in brief and concise language, and expressed their confidence and responsibility to assume this position. They would work with the kindergarten to make their own contributions to the development of the kindergarten.

幼儿园各版块负责人分别对幼儿园教育教学、卫生保健、后勤保障、特色课程、外教教学情况等向家委会成员进行了详实的汇报与分享，并得到了家长的高度认同与赞赏。
随后，各位家委会成员对园所工作提出了各项宝贵的意见与建议，园所表示将高度重视，同时并将积极改进，以促进园所更好地发展。
本次家委会在大合影中结束。通过本次会议，切实拉近了园所与家长之间的关系，让家长们更为深层次地了解了园所的各项工作。我们相信，2019年，美华幼儿园全体教职员工将会和家长们齐心协力，为幼儿打造一个良好的学习生活环境而共同努力。
The fourth item of the meeting: sharing the work of each department
The director of each department of the kindergarten made a detailed report and share to the members of the PSO on the teaching of the kindergarten, health care, logistics support, featured courses, foreign teachers' teaching, etc., which were highly recognized and appreciated by the parents. Subsequently, members of the PSO put forward various valuable opinions and suggestions on the work of the kindergarten. The kindergarten indicated that it would attach great importance to the work and actively improve it to promote the better development of the kindergarten.
