幼儿伙食是幼儿园工作的重要内容之一，也是家长最为关注的。为了促进家园共育，做好幼儿的膳食管理工作，护航幼儿的健康成长，2019年10月30日下午，美华幼儿园召开了本学期首届伙委会会议。

下午三点，会议准时开始。首先李霞园长代表园方欢迎伙委会成员的到来及对园方工作的支持，并郑重地向大家介绍了伙委会的职责及制度。

接着，李霞园长为每位伙委会成员颁发聘书，正式聘任伙委会成员参与幼儿园的伙食管理。

后勤周主任详细地介绍了幼儿食材的来源渠道、索证、检疫证明、食用油、食堂管理、库房设置、验菜、食品留样、食堂人员操作等图片。让家长们真实透明地了解了伙食的规范管理。

刘波医生用专业的讲解，为大家介绍了幼儿食谱的制定、卫生保健、消毒流程及各班卫生管理措施;同时介绍了带量食谱分析软件在膳食制定中的重要作用。
Doctor Liu Bo introduced the development of children's diet, health care, disinfection process and health management measures for each class with professional explanation.The important role of quantitative diet analysis software in diet formulation is also introduced.
通过园方的讲解，伙委会成员们不禁感慨：“原来幼儿园的食谱是这样来的呀!怪不得孩子都说幼儿园的菜好吃，还嫌弃家里菜的品种少!”

食堂王秀经理为伙委会成员们介绍了食堂每天的工作流程及幼儿食品制作过程;并带领大家一起参观厨房，对厨房的操作流程、卫生情况、规章制度有了更为直观的了解。

最后，大家一边品尝食堂制作的面食甜点，一边沟通交流对幼儿园伙食的看法和建议，大家各抒己见、畅所欲言，共同为幼儿的合理膳食建言献策。

通过此次会议，相信在家园共同的努力下，我园的健康膳食工作一定会做的越来科学、合理、专业。我们也一定会不断提高和完善自己的管理机制，为幼儿服务、为家长服务，共同守护幼儿的健康成长!
