《致家长的一封信》
尊敬的家长：
目前正值传染病高发季节，尤其是疱疹性咽颊炎、手足口病、诺如病毒(冬春呕吐病)等疾病。众所周知这些都是传播途径复杂、传播速度快、传染性极强的疾病。
我园始终把防控传染病作为保健工作的重中之重。在强化卫生消毒的同时，加强晨午检、日间观察、缺勤幼儿追访及幼儿个人卫生习惯管理等工作。
对疫情的处理需做到“四早”：早发现、早治疗、早控制、早报告。我们希望家长能和我们共同抵御传染病的侵害。
1、不要带幼儿去人口密集的场所。
2、起居饮食规律。
3、养成良好的卫生习惯。
4、常通风、多喝水、晾衣被。
5、家长在与幼儿接触时一定注意更衣洗手。
6、幼儿一旦出现以下情况(发热，口腔、舌、手足臀疱疹，皮肤皮疹，呕吐腹泻)一定及时隔离，密切观察，第一时间到医院就医。
7、如已经确诊为传染病一定要第一时间通知园方，并且严格遵守隔离时间(疱疹性咽颊炎，手足口自发病起隔离两周，重症适当延长;诺如病毒感染隔离期七天)。
8、患儿病愈且隔离期满后需持医院开具的痊愈证明到幼儿园保健室复核确认后，方可返园上课。

A Letter to Parents
Respected parents:
At present, it's the height of infectious disease season, especially Herpes pharyngitis, Hand-foot-mouth disease, Norovirus (winter and spring vomiting disease). It is known to be a disease with complex transmission routes, rapid transmission and highly contagious nature. Our kindergarten has always taken the prevention and control of infectious diseases as the top priority of health care work.To strengthen hygiene and disinfection at the same time, we are strengthening morning and afternoon inspection, day observation, absence of children follow-up visits and personal hygiene management of young children.
The treatment of the epidemic needs to be "four early": early detection, early treatment, early control, early reporting.We especially hope that parents will work with us to protect against infectious diseases.
Don't take young children to densely populated places; eat regularly; develop good hygiene habits.Always ventilate, drink plenty of water . Parents must change clothes and wash hands when contacting their children. Once the child appears the following conditions (fever, mouth, tongue, hand and foot buttock herpes, skin rash, vomiting diarrhea) must be timely isolated, close observation, and go to the hospital at the first time.If your child have been diagnosed as an infectious disease, you must tell the kindergarten firstly, and strictly observe in the isolation time (herpes pharyngitis,Hand-foot-mouth disease isolation time is two weeks, severe appropriate extension; Norovirus infection isolation period is seven days). Children who have recovered from illness and who have completed isolation time are required to hold the Cure Proof to the kindergarten health room and reviewed by the doctor of kindergarten health room to confirm to return to the kindergarten.
We should work together to make our children have a healthy and happy time.
