端午节的来历：
端午节是每年的农历五月初五，又称端阳节、龙舟节、重午节、龙节、正阳节、天中节等。传说战国时期的爱国诗人屈原死后,楚国百姓哀痛异常,纷纷拥到汨罗江边去凭吊屈原。此后端午节便用来纪念屈原。
The renowned Dragon Boat Festival, also known as Tuen Ng, falls on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month. It commemorates the death of Qu Yuan, a Chinese poet and minister known for his patriotism and contributions to classical poetry and who eventually became a national hero.

俗语说“粽子香，香厨房”，端午节的这天，整个幼儿园的空气里也装满了粽叶和糯米的香气。粽叶、糯米、红枣、肉，新鲜美味的食材齐齐地端上来了，孩子们的兴致就高涨起来，个个化身成包粽子专家，跟着老师一起折、填、捆、扎，包得不亦乐乎。
There is a saying：“The smell of rice dumplings fills the kitchen”，the smell of sticky rice and reed leaves also fills Meihua kindergarten. Teachers and children make the rice dumplings with different food material together.
端午节最初是夏季驱离瘟神和祭龙的节日，民间则有"扒龙船"、“吃粽子”、"放纸鸢”、“挂艾草菖蒲”等习俗，至今为止已有两千多年的历史了。孩子们参与了端午节的各种活动，不仅吸收了文化知识经验，更是感受到了传统文化氛围的熏陶。让我们将这粽香留在心中，祝愿家人和朋友们端午安康。
